2.1. the seller undertakes to transfer goods (hosiery and related items) to the buyer, and the buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them

placing an order
3.1. orders are placed by the buyer independently via the website

3.4. order processing time is up to 3 (three) business days

payment
4.1. payments for orders within the russian federation are processed via Robokassa
4.2. all prices on the website are listed in russian rubles and apply only to orders within the russian federation

delivery

returns and exchanges
6.1. in accordance with applicable russian law, hosiery products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange
6.2. returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect
6.3. to request a return, the buyer must contact dontreadmynotes@outlook.com and provide photo and/or video evidence of the defect
6.4. requests must be submitted within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery
6.5. if a defect is confirmed, the seller will provide a refund or replacement (if available)

liability
7.1. the seller is not responsible for delays caused by delivery services or for incorrect information provided by the buyer
7.2. the buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided
